I seriously am speechless from all these gorgeous 2017 seniors!! I swear I did not look like this when I graduated high school, I was still totally awkward & had no fashion sense whatsoever, unlike these girls who are just KILLING it!! Makaya is one of my 2017 Dream Team members from Chester-Joplin-Inverness (CJI) High School and she is absolutely wonderful!!

We met up in Seeley Lake over the fourth of July weekend and it was FABULOUS! Most of her session was just shot in her campground area & it was beautiful. As much as I love photographing the Bears Paw Mountains, it was a dream to be able to photograph somewhere that is so much different than what we are used to! We also ventured to the actual Seeley Lake and Makaya was brave enough to venture into the chilly water. Did I mention her session was at 7:30 am? So we are talking really chilly water! But she never complained and totally crushed it.

Makaya had so many adorable outfits I probably asked her six times where she bought all of her clothes & secretly planned to go buy myself the same outfits…or not so sneakily… Also, her hair also was SOOOO cute. Her grandma had fixed it that morning and I told her grandma she was welcome to come live with me and make me that pretty every day! 😀 On top of Makaya being drop-dead gorgeous, she is also incredibly sweet. She has a love for speech & drama, tennis and her cute pup (pictured below)! I also loved learning she is working in construction this summer with her dad (and is rocking some super stellar tan lines to show for it)! She is an all around gem & I am so excited to have her on my 2017 team and to have her face on the blog today!
