In August I was lucky enough to be a bridesmaid in one of my best friend’s wedding. A true bridesmaid where I just got to get fancy and hold the bouquet and stand by her side while she said, “I do” to the man that she loves.

Devann and Jesse have been my friends since college. Devann and I can never pinpoint the exact time we became friends but we both are so grateful we did! Our friendship has been something I truly treasure over the years and Devann is one of few true, real friends I have outside my friends from elementary school (crazy, right?)!

Devann and Jesse decided that they didn’t want me to work on their wedding day & just be able to enjoy it with them! They hired Fogoio Images to photograph their wedding & it was so much fun being able to sit back and watch a wedding day unfold without the stress of working it!

Thankfully, Fogoio Images was gracious enough to let me, the crazy friend with a camera, tag along and photograph a little bit. It is SO hard for me to be in a place so incredibly pretty, with so many perfect details, and a freaking amazing couple and NOT take photos. So when they told me they didn’t care if I snapped photos, I didn’t ask twice and let myself roll with it.

Devann and Jesse have been together for a very long time. They have been together through some of the hardest times in their lives and some of the most joyful, like welcoming their sweet little girl, Jaselynn, into this world in 2014! Their wedding day was especially wonderful to witness because you could see how much anticipation there was. Jesse was SO nervous. SO SO SO nervous and it was adorable. You’re so adorable, Jess 😉

Devann was an absolute stunning bride and Jasey is probably the cutest flower girl of time. It was so much fun being able to celebrate with them (even though I was secretly pregnant and couldn’t drink….which lead them all to find out….hehe). It’s a great day when two of your best friends are really, crazy, and happily in love.
